1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okbaeej ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okbaeej website located at https://okbaeej.net and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through it.

By accessing the okbaeej website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their content.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation or modification.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are accessing okbaeej of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okbaeej platform and close your account if one has been created.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbaeej with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether written or verbal — relating to the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the okbaeej platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and continue to meet this requirement throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing okbaeej as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, affiliate, or agent of okbaeej or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners, where such association may create a conflict of interest.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of okbaeej is lawful in your location.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the okbaeej platform or received a permanent self-exclusion.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that a medical or mental health professional has advised you to address by refraining from gambling activity.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

okbaeej operates as an offshore online gaming platform. Laws governing online gambling vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility — not okbaeej's — to verify whether accessing an offshore gaming platform is permitted under the laws of your country, state, or territory. okbaeej makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific jurisdiction. By using the platform, you accept all legal risk associated with access from your location.

Underage Gambling Prevention

okbaeej takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and conduct a formal age verification review. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method, and any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited in full.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Tools such as GamBan and NetNanny can be deployed at the device level to block access to all gambling platforms including okbaeej.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of okbaeej services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. okbaeej reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• You must provide a valid email address that you control and check regularly.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your name — this number will be used for account verification and, where applicable, as the source and destination for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your okbaeej account. Passwords must be at least eight characters and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You must confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept these Terms at the point of registration.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the okbaeej platform. If you have forgotten your account credentials, use the account recovery feature on the login page or contact support at [email protected]. Creating a second account as a workaround is a breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

okbaeej may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; and a photograph of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account screen). Failure to supply requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

Two-Factor Authentication

okbaeej strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. 2FA adds an additional security layer by requiring a one-time verification code — sent to your registered mobile number — at each login. 2FA can be activated from the Account Security settings panel after logging in.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the okbaeej platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). okbaeej does not hold or process accounts in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied by the platform at any stage.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit per transaction, however your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own daily transaction limits. okbaeej is not responsible for limits imposed by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. okbaeej does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Deposit Source Integrity

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on okbaeej, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law. okbaeej cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspicious financial activity.

Platform Fees

okbaeej does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Your mobile financial service provider may charge their own transaction fees for sending or receiving funds — these are outside okbaeej's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

okbaeej offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion's detail page within your account. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonus balances are removed automatically.

Eligible Games

Not all games on the okbaeej platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering, table games such as Blackjack and Baccarat typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%), and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced or zero rate for specific promotions. Always check the individual promotion terms before wagering bonus funds.

Bonus Abuse

okbaeej monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, the use of automated betting software, and coordinated multi-account abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, okbaeej reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and in severe or repeated cases, permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

Promotion Eligibility

okbaeej reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where okbaeej has reason to believe the player does not meet the eligibility criteria, has previously abused a similar offer, or is participating in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the okbaeej platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other category offered on the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game or betting market before participating.

Sports Betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the kick-off or scheduled start time of the relevant event. In-play (live) bets are accepted only during the designated in-play window for each event, as determined by okbaeej's trading team. okbaeej reserves the right to suspend or void markets at any time without prior notice — for example, due to a technical error in the published odds, an event postponement, or the receipt of information that materially alters the integrity of the market.

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to the specific sport and market type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules document accessible within your account.

Casino and RNG Games

Casino games powered by certified RNG software produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent of all previous results. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes in any RNG-based game. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables for each title are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any casino game, you acknowledge that outcomes are determined by chance and that the house edge means the platform retains a mathematical advantage over time.

Bet Cancellation and Error Correction

okbaeej reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — whether due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance in full. okbaeej will not honour winnings arising from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, even if the relevant market has settled. A "manifest error" is defined as an odds price that a reasonable person familiar with the relevant market would recognise as obviously incorrect.

Maximum Payout Limits

okbaeej applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are product-specific and are displayed in the relevant Sports Betting Rules or Game Rules documentation. okbaeej is not obliged to pay out winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits, regardless of the outcome of the event or game in question.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the okbaeej platform, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited conduct described in this section.

Your Obligations

• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify okbaeej immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Ensure that all personal information provided to okbaeej is accurate, current, and complete at all times. Notify support if your details change.
• Use the okbaeej platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Monitor your own gambling behaviour and make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by okbaeej if you feel your play is becoming problematic.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okbaeej platform and will result in account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way — including placing bets, spinning slots, or exploiting bonus mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, casino game, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to circumvent okbaeej's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion or deposit limits, through the use of alternate accounts or third-party assistance.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via okbaeej.
• Attempting to access the okbaeej platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure at Player Request

You may request the closure of your okbaeej account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tool in your Account Settings. Before processing a closure request, okbaeej will settle any open bets at their natural conclusion and process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by okbaeej

okbaeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms by the account holder.
• Failure to supply requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Suspicion that the account is being operated by an automated system rather than a genuine individual player.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access to specific accounts or player segments.

Where an account is closed by okbaeej due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, forfeiture of the balance may apply in accordance with the severity of the violation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. okbaeej will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. If no response is received within 30 days of that notification, a monthly administration fee may be applied to the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Dormant account fee rates are published in the Account Management section of the Help Centre.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbaeej's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions of Liability

okbaeej expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses sustained as a direct result of gambling — including losses on sports bets, casino games, crash games, or any other wagering product offered on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or your banking institution.
• Any tax liability you may incur in your jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on winnings received from okbaeej.
• Technical errors, display errors, or connectivity issues arising from your own device, browser, or internet connection.

Platform Availability

okbaeej makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable. okbaeej is not liable for any losses arising from your inability to access the platform during a maintenance window, outage, or disruption.

10 Amendments to These Terms

okbaeej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, new regulatory requirements, changes in payment partner policies, or other operational necessities.

Notification of Changes

Where a material change is made to these Terms, okbaeej will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date clearly visible at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates even in the absence of a direct notification.

Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Your continued access to or use of the okbaeej platform after any amended Terms have been published and taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
